The Empire Driveway Sealcoating, LLC Process

After the driveway is carefully measured, we assess the overall condition to determine if cracks need to be filled, or if ample precleaning and debris removal is necessary.  This step is crucial to overall outcome, so it usually is included. 

Next, we determine which day works best weather-wise.  There needs to be 72 hours of dry weather when work is started.  If there needs to be any cracks filled, we do that first.  The we use a leaf blower and broom to remove any loose debris (leaves, twigs, pebbles, etc.). 

Next, we focus on protecting any edging, or any other details.
